A JOINT RESOLUTION TO APPROVE REGULATIONS OF THE BUDGET AND CONTROL BOARD, DIVISION OF STATE FIRE MARSHAL, RELATING TO RECODIFICATION OF REGULATIONS CONCERNING: USE OF HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCES; EXPLOSIVES; SERVICE STATIONS; TENTS, GRANDSTANDS AND AIR-SUPPORTED STRUCTURES, DESIGNATED AS REGULATION DOCUMENT NUMBER 672, PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF ACT 176 OF 1977.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Regulations approved

SECTION 1. The regulations of the Budget and Control Board, Division of State Fire Marshal, relating to recodification of regulations concerning: use of hazardous substances; explosives; service stations; tents, grandstands and air-supported structures, designated as Regulation Document Number 672, and submitted to the General Assembly pursuant to the provisions of Act 176 of 1977, are approved.

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon approval by the Governor.
