A JOINT RESOLUTION TO APPROVE REGULATIONS OF THE BOARD OF OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY, RELATING TO DEFINITIONS, LICENSE REQUIREMENTS, EXAMINATIONS AND FEES, AND PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT, DESIGNATED AS REGULATION DOCUMENT NUMBER 658, PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF ACT 176 OF 1977.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Regulations approved

SECTION 1. The regulations of the Board of Occupational Therapy, relating to definitions, license requirements, examinations and fees, and professional conduct, designated as Regulation Document Number 658, and submitted to the General Assembly pursuant to the provisions of Act 176 of 1977, are approved.

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon approval by the Governor.
