A JOINT RESOLUTION TO REAUTHORIZE THE EXISTENCE OF THE INSURANCE COMMISSION.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Commission reauthorized

SECTION 1. In accordance with the provisions of Section 7 of Act 608 of 1978, the existence of the Insurance Commission is reauthorized for six years.

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon approval by the Governor.
