AN ACT TO AMEND ACT 959 OF 1972, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO THE CLARENDON COUNTY AREA VOCATIONAL SCHOOL AND MANPOWER TRAINING CENTER SO AS TO REVISE THE TIMES WHEN THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES THEREOF SHALL MEET.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Meetings of board, election of officers

SECTION 1. Section 3 of Act 959 of 1972 is amended to read:

"Section 3. The board shall elect a chairman, a vice-chairman and a secretary, who may or may not be a member of the board. It shall meet every other month, or at the discretion of the chairman."

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon approval by the Governor.
