AN ACT TO AMEND ACT 921 OF 1962 RELATING TO THE AREAS OF SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 1 IN ANDERSON COUNTY SO AS TO REVISE THE DESCRIPTION OF AREA NO. 3.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Description of Area No. 3 in School District No. 1 in Anderson

County

SECTION 1. Area No. 3 as contained in Section 1 of Act 921 of 1962 is amended to read:

"Area No. 3: Beginning at the junction of Hurricane Creek and Saluda River going due west up Hurricane Creek to U. S. Highway 29 North and I-85 to junction with S. C. Highway No. 86 and County Road; north on County Road to Brushy Creek; east on Brushy Creek to U. S. Highway No. 29; east in straight line to Saluda River; south on Saluda River to point of beginning."

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon approval by the Governor.
