AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 50-11-3022, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE ESTABLISHMENT OF BIRD AND GAME SANCTUARY IN THE HERITAGE LAKES AREA OF GREENVILLE COUNTY, SO AS TO REDESIGNATE THE CODE SECTION AS 50-11-3024.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Code section redesignated

SECTION 1. Section 50-11-3022 of the 1976 Code, as added by Act 394 of 1984, is redesignated as Section 50-11-3024.

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon approval by the Governor.
