AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 7-7-280, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO VOTING PRECINCTS IN GREENVILLE COUNTY, SO AS TO CHANGE THE POLLING PLACE FOR BRANDON PRECINCT 75 FROM THE JUDSON FIRE STATION TO CHRIST UNITED METHODIST CHURCH.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Voting precinct - Greenville County polling place changed

SECTION 1. Precinct 75 of Section 7-7-280, as last amended by Act 298 of 1982, is further amended to read:

"Precinct 75, Brandon, shall consist of that area bounded on the north by the Greenville city limits; on the east by Greenville city limits; on the south by the Southern Railroad, Hutchins St., and Anderson Rd. (Hwy. 81); and on the west by the P & N Railroad, Easley Bridge Rd. (Hwy. 123), and the P & N Railroad. The polling place for this precinct is Christ United Methodist Church."

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon approval by the Governor.
