A JOINT RESOLUTION TO APPROVE REGULATIONS OF THE STATE HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES FINANCE COMMISSION, RELATING TO NONDISCRIMINATORY PRACTICES; APPEALS; MEDICAID PROGRAM INTEGRITY; SOCIAL SERVICES BLOCK GRANTS; DESIGNATED AS REGULATION DOCUMENT NUMBER 439, PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF ACT 176 OF 1977.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Regulations approved

SECTION 1. The regulations of the State Health and Human Services Finance Commission, relating to nondiscriminatory practices; appeals; medicaid program integrity; Social Services block grants; designated as Regulation Document Number 439, and submitted to the General Assembly pursuant to Act 176 of 1977, are approved.

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon approval by the Governor.
