AN ACT TO DIRECT THE DEPARTMENT OF HIGHWAYS AND PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION TO CLOSE AND REMOVE FROM THE STATE HIGHWAY SYSTEM ROADS S-877 AND S-502 IN DARLINGTON COUNTY.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Department to close and remove road

SECTION 1. The State Department of Highways and Public Transportation shall close and remove from the state highway system Roads S-877 and S-502 in Darlington County.

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon approval by the Governor.
