AN ACT TO AMEND ACT 354 OF 1953, RELATING TO TRUSTEES FOR SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 3 OF YORK COUNTY, SO AS TO PROVIDE FOR THE SCHOOL DISTRICT TO BE OFFICIALLY DESIGNATED AS "ROCK HILL SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 3 OF YORK COUNTY".

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

School district designated

SECTION 1. Act 354 of 1953 is amended by adding:

"4A. School District No. 3 of York County, as provided for in this act, is officially designated as 'Rock Hill School District No. 3 of York County'."

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon approval by the Governor.
