AN ACT TO REPEAL SECTION 59-5-80, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO ADVISORY SUPERVISION BY THE STATE BOARD OF EDUCATION OF THE STATE EDUCATIONAL TELEVISION COMMISSION, THE SOUTH CAROLINA OPPORTUNITY SCHOOL, AND THE ADVISORY COMMITTEE FOR TECHNICAL TRAINING.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Repeal

SECTION 1. Section 59-5-80 of the 1976 Code is repealed.

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon approval by the Governor.
