AN ACT TO DIRECT THE DEPARTMENT OF HIGHWAYS AND PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION TO CLOSE AND REMOVE FROM THE STATE HIGHWAY SYSTEM ROAD S-10-904 IN CHARLESTON COUNTY.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Department to close road

SECTION 1. The State Department of Highways and Public Transportation shall close and remove from the state highway system the driveway at Lang School in Charleston County designated as Road S-10-904 from Road S-10-921, which is approximately .06 miles.

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon approval by the Governor.
