AN ACT TO DIRECT THE DEPARTMENT OF HIGHWAYS AND PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION TO CLOSE AND REMOVE FROM THE STATE HIGHWAY SYSTEM ROAD S-10-330 IN CHARLESTON COUNTY.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Department to close road

SECTION 1. The State Department of Highways and Public Transportation shall close and remove from the state highway system the drive at Moultrie School in Mt. Pleasant designated as Road S-10-330 from Route 17 around Moultrie School back to Route 17 including the spur connecting to Boundry Street, which is approximately one quarter of a mile.

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon approval by the Governor.
