AN ACT TO REPEAL SECTIONS 39-19-240, 39-19-250, 39-19-260, 39-19-270, AND 39-19-280, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO REPORTS OF TOBACCO WAREHOUSEMEN.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Repeal

SECTION 1. Sections 39-19-240, 39-19-250, 39-19-260, 39-19-270, and 39-19-280 of the 1976 Code are repealed.

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon approval by the Governor.
