A JOINT RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE SOUTH CAROLINA NATIONAL GUARD TO ALLOW THE TOWN OF HAMPTON TO CONSTRUCT A WATER TANK ON THE PROPERTY WHERE THE HAMPTON NATIONAL GUARD IS LOCATED.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Water tank construction authorized

SECTION 1. The South Carolina National Guard may allow the Town of Hampton to construct a water tank where the Hampton National Guard is located.

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon approval by the Governor.
