AN ACT TO REPEAL ARTICLE 15 OF CHAPTER 21 OF TITLE 12, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE TAX ON MALT AND MALT EXTRACTS.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Repeal

SECTION 1. Article 15 of Chapter 21 of Title 12 of the 1976 Code is repealed.

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon approval by the Governor.
