A JOINT RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE EITHER HOUSE OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY TO CONSIDER, NO LATER THAN JUNE FIRST, A CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT BOND BILL DURING THE 1985 SESSION ONLY.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

General Assembly may consider bond bill

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 15 of Act 518 of 1980, either House of the General Assembly may consider, no later than June first, a capital improvement bond bill during the 1985 session only.

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon approval by the Governor.
