AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 50-13-1935, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO FEES FOR STOCKING OF FISH IN PRIVATE NONNAVIGABLE WATERS, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT THE FEES MUST BE USED FOR THE CHERAW FISH HATCHERY PRIVATE POND FISH STOCKING PROGRAMS.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Fees

SECTION 1. Section 50-13-1935 of the 1976 Code, added by Section 13 of Part II of Act 151 of 1983, is amended to read:

"Section 50-13-1935. The Wildlife and Marine Resources Department shall charge fees to applicants for the stocking of fish in private ponds, lakes, or other nonnavigable waters sufficient to cover all costs of operating the Cheraw Fish Hatchery Private Pond Fish Stocking Programs."

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon approval by the Governor.
