AN ACT TO DIRECT THE DEPARTMENT OF HIGHWAYS AND PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION TO REMOVE FROM THE STATE HIGHWAY SYSTEM ROAD S-288 IN LAURENS COUNTY, WHICH WILL THEN BE PLACED IN THE LAURENS COUNTY ROAD SYSTEM.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Road closed

SECTION 1. The Department of Highways and Public Transportation shall remove from the state highway system Road S-288 in Laurens County, which runs from U.S. Highway 76 to Road S-296. The road will then be placed in the Laurens County road system.

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon approval by the Governor.
