The House assembled at 10:00 A.M.

Deliberations were opened with prayer by the Chaplain of the House of Representatives, the Rev. Dr. Alton C. Clark as follows:

Our Father God, in Whose presence our restlessness is quieted, accept our prayer as we draw near in faith, humility and sincerity. Accept us as we are, lift us up, lead us and strengthen us. Endow us with gentleness, goodness and understanding. With Your benediction resting upon us, may we face the tasks before us with honest dealings, clear thinking, and charity toward our fellowmen, striving ever to set forward Your Kingdom on earth even "as it is in Heaven".

We pray in the Name of our Lord and Teacher. Amen.

After corrections to the Journal of the proceedings of yesterday, the SPEAKER ordered it confirmed.

At 12:30 P.M. the House in accordance with S. 1376 (Sine Die Adjournment Resolution) adjourned to meet at 10:00 A.M. Monday, June 16.
