AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 22-2-190, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO JURY AREAS FOR MAGISTRATES' COURTS FOR ALL COUNTIES, SO AS TO REVISE THE AREAS ESTABLISHED FOR BERKELEY COUNTY.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Jury areas for magistrates' courts in Berkeley County

SECTION 1. Section 22-2-190(8) of the 1976 Code is amended to read:

"(8) Berkeley County

No. 1--Russellville, St. Stephen

No. 2--Bonneau

No. 3--Jamestown

No. 4--Macedonia

No. 5--Bethera

No. 6--Huger

No. 7--Cainhoy

No. 8--Moncks Corner, McBeth, Cordesville, Pinopolis

No. 9--Carnes Cross Roads and Wide Awake

No. 10--Goose Creek No. 1, No. 2, No. 3

No. 11--Hanahan

No. 12--Berkeley, Pimlico

No. 13--Cross

No. 14--Lebanon, Wassamassaw

No. 15--Shulerville, Honey Hill

No. 16--Alvin"

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
