AN ACT TO REPEAL ACT 579 OF 1980 RELATING TO THE MAGISTRATE FOR HILTON'S CROSS ROADS IN BERKELEY COUNTY.

Repeal

SECTION 1. Act 579 of 1980 is repealed.

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act takes effect July 1, 1988.
