A JOINT RESOLUTION TO PROVIDE THAT, FOR 1988 ONLY, ANY CERTIFIED POLITICAL PARTY MAY HOLD A STATE CONVENTION NO LATER THAN APRIL SIXTEENTH.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

State convention may be held

SECTION 1. For 1988 only, any certified political party may hold a state convention no later than April sixteenth.

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
