AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 50-11-1276, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO BAG LIMITS FOR DEER AND RACCOON IN GAME ZONE NO. 10, SO AS TO DELETE THE PROVISION LIMITING THE NUMBER OF ANTLERED DEER THAT MAY BE KILLED EACH DAY.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Daily limit Of killed deer deleted

SECTION 1. Section 50-11-1276 of the 1976 Code is amended to read:

"Section 50-11-1276. In Game Zone No. 10 no person may kill more than:

(1) five antlered deer a season;

(2) three raccoons a night."

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
