AN ACT TO REPEAL CHAPTER 57 OF TITLE 44, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO BEDDING.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Repeal

SECTION 1. Sections 44-57-210 through 44-57-480 of the 1976 Code are repealed.

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
