AN JOINT RESOLUTION TO PROHIBIT DEER HUNTING IN A DESIGNATED AREA OF DILLON AND MARLBORO COUNTIES FROM SEPTEMBER 15, 1987, THROUGH JANUARY 1, 1993.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

No open season

SECTION 1. There is no open season for deer hunting from September 15, 1987, through January 1, 1993, in that area of Marlboro and Dillon counties surrounded and bounded as follows:

Beginning at the intersection of S.C. 9 and U.S. 15-401 east of Bennettsville in Marlboro County, then southeast along S.C. 9 to its intersection with I-95, then southwest along I-95 to its intersection with S.C. 38, then northwest along S.C. 38 to its intersection with U.S. 15-401, then northeast along U.S. 15-401 to the point of origin.

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
