AN ACT TO PROVIDE FULL MAGISTERIAL POWERS TO THE SPECIAL MAGISTRATE IN MCCORMICK COUNTY.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Special magistrate may exercise powers

SECTION 1. The special magistrate in McCormick County added pursuant to the provisions of Act 248 of 1983 may exercise all powers provided by law for magistrates.

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
