AN ACT TO AMEND ACT 149 OF 1965, CREATING THE DALZELL WATER DISTRICT OF SUMTER COUNTY, SO AS TO ENLARGE THE SERVICE AREA OF THE DISTRICT.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Boundaries

SECTION 1. Section 2 of Act 149 of 1965 is amended to read:

"Section 2. The district includes and is comprised of the following territory which is known as the service area:

The boundary extends a 1.1 mile radius from the intersection of Roads 43 and 1342 and where this radius meets Green Swamp Stream to the south the line is the stream to US-521 and from this point south on US-521 to the intersection of Road 947, then north on Road 947 to the intersection of Road 81, then east on Road 81 to the intersection of Road 478, then north on Road 478 to the intersection of Road 92, then north on Road 92 to the intersection of Road 105, then east on Road 105 to Rocky Bluff Stream, then along Rocky Bluff Stream to the north across the Seaboard Coast Line Railroad, and then west on the first tributary stream across Road 290 and continuing along this stream until near the intersection of Roads 1187 and 461. The line then runs west on Road 461 until it intersects the 1.1 mile radius point."

SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
