A JOINT RESOLUTION TO PROVIDE FOR THE LEVY OF TAXES FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES IN DILLON COUNTY FOR FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JULY 1, 1988, AND ENDING JUNE 30, 1989.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Levy for Dillon County - school purposes

SECTION 1. The auditor of Dillon County shall levy ninety-seven and one-half mills on all taxable property of the county for fiscal year 1988-89 for school purposes in Dillon County as follows: operation of schools, seventy-four and one-half mills; school debt retirement, five mills; teachers' sick leave, three mills; Dillon County Vocational School, fourteen and one-half mills; and vocational school special fund, one-half mill.

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
