A JOINT RESOLUTION TO PROVIDE FOR THE EXPIRATION OF THE TERMS OF THE MEMBERS OF THE AIKEN COUNTY BOARD OF EDUCATION SERVING ON THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF AN ACT OF 1987 BEARING RATIFICATION NUMBER 29.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Aiken County Board of Education; expiration of terms

SECTION 1. The members of the Aiken County Board of Education serving on the effective date of an act of 1987 bearing ratification number 29 continue to serve until their terms expire.

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
