AN ACT TO REPEAL SECTION 20-7-2355, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE REPORT REQUIRED WHEN A CHILD IS REMOVED WITHIN SIX MONTHS AFTER HIS BIRTH FROM HIS BIOLOGICAL MOTHER.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Repeal

SECTION 1. Section 20-7-2355 of the 1976 Code is repealed.

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
