A JOINT RESOLUTION TO EXTEND THE PERIOD WHEN WHITE PERCH MAY BE SOLD FROM MAY FIRST THROUGH MAY THIRTY-FIRST FOR THE YEAR 1990 ONLY.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Season extended on white perch

SECTION 1. The period when white perch may be sold as established by Section 50-13-1760 of the 1976 Code is extended from May first through May thirty-first for the year 1990 only.

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
