AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 7-7-280, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE VOTING PRECINCTS AND THE POLLING PLACES IN GREENVILLE COUNTY, SO AS TO CHANGE THE POLLING PLACE FOR THE MEADOWOOD PRECINCT.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Polling place changed

SECTION 1. Precinct 92, as contained in Section 7-7-280 of the 1976 Code, as last amended by Act 403 of 1988, is further amended to read:

"Precinct 92, Meadowood, consists of that area bounded on the north by Devenger Rd. (Ridge Rd.); on the east by Boiling Springs Rd.; on the south by Pelham Rd.; and on the West by Bridlepath Ln., Vineyard Ln., Cross Creek Ln., Hillsborough Dr., and W. Castlewood Dr. The polling place for this precinct is Foxcroft Recreation Center."

SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
