AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 7-7-30, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE DESIGNATION OF VOTING PRECINCTS IN ABBEVILLE COUNTY, SO AS TO DELETE THE DESIGNATION OF THE POLLING PLACE FOR KEOWEE PRECINCT, AND TO ESTABLISH THE POLLING PLACES FOR ALL OF THE VOTING PRECINCTS IN THE COUNTY, INCLUDING KEOWEE.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Voting precincts; polling places

SECTION 1. Section 7-7-30 of the 1976 Code is amended to read:

"Section 7-7-30. (A) In Abbeville County there are the following voting precincts: Abbeville No. 1; Abbeville No. 2; Abbeville No. 3; Abbeville No. 4; Abbeville Mill; Antreville; Broadmouth; Calhoun Falls No. 1; Calhoun Falls No. 2; Central; Cold Springs; Donalds; Due West; Hampton; Hillville; Hall's Store; Keowee; Level Land; Lowndesville No. 1; Lowndesville No. 2; Lebanon; Mountain View; Rock Springs; and Watts.

(B) The precinct lines defining the above precincts are as shown on maps filed with the Clerk of Court of the county and also on file with the State Election Commission as provided and maintained by the Division of Research and Statistical Services of the State Budget and Control Board.

(C) The polling places for the voting precincts in Abbeville County are the following:

(1) Abbeville No. 1: Abbeville Civic Center.

(2) Abbeville No. 2: Abbeville County Court House.

(3) Abbeville No. 3: Rescue Squad building on Long Branch Street.

(4) Abbeville No. 4: Westside Baptist Church.

(5) Abbeville Mill: Masonic Lodge.

(6) Antreville: Antreville Fire Department building.

(7) Broadmouth: Turkey Creek Fire Department building.

(8) Calhoun Falls No. 1: Community Center.

(9) Calhoun Falls No. 2: Boy Scout Hut.

(10) Central: Central-Shiloh Community Center.

(11) Cold Springs: Cold Springs Community Center.

(12) Donalds: Donalds City Hall.

(13) Due West: Due West City Hall.

(14) Hampton: Arthur Murdock's house.

(15) Hillville: Hillville School.

(16) Hall's Store: Hall's Store.

(17) Keowee: Keowee Fire Department.

(18) Level Land: J. C. McWorther's Store.

(19) Lowndesville No. 1: Community Center.

(20) Lowndesville No. 2: Lowndesville Fire Department.

(21) Lebanon: Lebanon Fire Department.

(22) Mountain View: Campbell Community Center.

(23) Rock Springs: Kozy Korner.

(24) Watts: Mobley's Store."
