AN ACT TO REPEAL SECTION 59-63-10, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE PROHIBITION AGAINST THE PUPILS OF ONE RACE ATTENDING THE SCHOOLS PROVIDED BY THE BOARDS OF TRUSTEES FOR PERSONS OF ANOTHER RACE.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Repeal

SECTION 1. Section 59-63-10 of the 1976 Code is repealed.

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
