AN ACT TO DESIGNATE A ROAD IN OCONEE COUNTY AS THE "SAMUEL BRUCE ROCHESTER HIGHWAY".

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Oconee County road named

SECTION 1. State Highway 130 from its intersection with State Highway 183 to the North Carolina state line in Oconee County is designated the "Samuel Bruce Rochester Highway". The Department of Highways and Public Transportation shall install appropriate markers or signs at places along the road, as it considers advisable, containing the words "Rochester Highway".

The cost of the installation must be paid from C funds of the county.

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
