AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 44-79-20, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO PHYSICAL FITNESS SERVICES, SO AS TO DELETE "GOLF COURSE" FROM THE DEFINITION OF "MAJOR FACILITY".

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Definition

SECTION 1. Section 44-79-20(3) of the 1976 Code is amended to read:

"(3) 'Major facility' means swimming pool, whirlpool, tennis courts, racquet or handball courts, indoor or outdoor track, gymnasium with exercise equipment, calisthenic room, or similar collection of physical fitness equipment."

SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
