AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE UNION COUNTY BOARD OF SCHOOL TRUSTEES TO CHARGE AND COLLECT MATRICULATION AND INCIDENTAL FEES.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Collection of fees authorized

SECTION 1. The Union County Board of School Trustees may charge and collect matriculation and incidental fees pursuant to the provisions of Section 59-19-90(8) of the 1976 Code.

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
