AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 7-7-280, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE VOTING PRECINCTS AND POLLING PLACES IN GREENVILLE COUNTY, SO AS TO CHANGE THE POLLING PLACE FOR PRECINCT 102, MAULDIN.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Mauldin polling place changed

SECTION 1. Precinct 102, Mauldin, as contained in Section 7-7-280 of the 1976 Code, is amended to read:

"Precinct 102, Mauldin, consists of that area bounded on the north by Mauldin city limits; on the east by Mauldin city limits, Miller Rd., Old Mill Rd., Shadecrest Dr., and continuing down Shadecrest Dr. to the property line dividing house numbers 112 and 114; thence running along rear property lines of house numbers 109 through 131 of Oak Park Dr., Oak Park Dr., Heather Ln., and Old Mill Rd.; on the south by E. Butler Rd.; and on the west by Laurens Rd. (Hwy. 276). The polling place for this precinct is Mauldin Fire Station No. 1."

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
