AN ACT TO REPEAL ACT 277 OF 1977 RELATING TO THE BAMBERG COUNTY TAX COLLECTOR BEING UNDER THE JURISDICTION OF THE COUNTY TREASURER.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Repeal

SECTION 1. Act 277 of 1977 is repealed.

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.

Vetoed by the Governor -- May 7, 1990.

Veto overridden by House -- May 9, 1990.

Veto overridden by Senate -- May 9, 1990.
