AN ACT TO REPEAL SECTION 50-17-175, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO TIME CONSTRAINTS FOR APPLYING FOR LICENSES RELATING TO TRAWLING BOATS.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Repeal

SECTION 1. Section 50-17-175 of the 1976 Code is repealed.

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
