TO CONGRATULATE MRS. BERNICE H. BROWN OF DORCHESTER COUNTY ON THE OCCASION OF HER RECENT RETIREMENT ON NOVEMBER 30, 1990, FROM COUNTY OFFICE.
Whereas, the General Assembly has learned that Mrs. Bernice H. Brown of Dorchester County recently retired on November 30, 1990, from county office after thirty-four years; and
Whereas, Mrs. Brown was Dorchester County Extension Director; and
Whereas, she accomplished many tasks for the people of her county and worked to improve the quality of life for the citizens of Dorchester County; and
Whereas, Bernice Brown will be missed by all with whom she came in contact. Now, therefore,
Be it resolved by Senate, the House of Representatives, concurring:
That the members of the General Assembly congratulate Mrs. Bernice H. Brown of Dorchester County on her recent retirement on November 30, 1990, from county office and wish her well in her future endeavors.
Be it further resolved that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to Mrs. Bernice H. Brown.
