A JOINT RESOLUTION

TO EXTEND THE TIME FOR APPLYING FOR THE SPECIAL PROPERTY TAX ASSESSMENT RATIO FOR A LEGAL RESIDENCE REQUIRED BY SECTION 12-43-220, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, FOR 1991 ONLY TO JULY 1, 1991.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION 1. The time required by Section 12-43-220 of the 1976 Code for applying for the special property tax assessment ratio for a legal residence for 1991 only is extended to July 1, 1991.

SECTION 2. This joint resolution takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
