A BILL

TO REPEAL SECTION 59-21-1030, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE LEVEL OF FINANCIAL EFFORT PER PUPIL REQUIRED OF EACH SCHOOL DISTRICT FOR NONCAPITAL PROGRAMS.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION 1. Section 59-21-1030 of the 1976 Code is repealed.

SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
