A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION

TO CONGRATULATE MR. AND MRS. WOODROW MIZZELL OF DORCHESTER COUNTY UPON THE UPCOMING CELEBRATION OF THEIR FIFTIETH WEDDING ANNIVERSARY.

Whereas, the members of the General Assembly were delighted to learn of the upcoming celebration of the fiftieth wedding anniversary, January 25, 1991, of Mr. and Mrs. Woodrow Mizzell; and

Whereas, their anniversary celebration is to be held on January 27, 1991, at the Indian Field United Methodist Church Recreation Hall; and

Whereas, Mr. and Mrs. Mizzell are the parents of five children, Marion W. Mizzell, Elaine M. Lantz, and Logan F. Mizzell, all living, and Julian H. Mizzell and Melvin P. Mizzell, both deceased, and have eight grandchildren, five step grandchildren, and one step great-grandchild; and

Whereas, the members of the General Assembly are honored to recognize these two individuals who have devoted their lives to one another. Now, therefore,

Be it resolved by the House of Representatives, the Senate concurring:

That the members of the General Assembly congratulate Mr. and Mrs. Woodrow Mizzell of Dorchester County on the upcoming celebration of their fiftieth wedding anniversary.
