TO AMEND SECTION 20-7-1318, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO DEFINITIONS IN CONNECTION WITH THE COLLECTION OF CHILD SUPPORT THROUGH INTERSTATE INCOME WITHHOLDING, SO AS TO MAKE TECHNICAL CORRECTIONS.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
SECTION 1. Section 20-7-1318(8) of the 1976 Code is amended to read:
"(8) `Income' means any form a payment to an individual as defined in item (4) of subsection (B) of Section 20-7-1315 Section 20-7-1315(A)(5)."
SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
