AN ACT TO DIRECT THE DEPARTMENT OF HIGHWAYS AND PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION TO CLOSE AND REMOVE FROM THE STATE HIGHWAY SYSTEM ROAD #S13-340 LOCATED IN CHESTERFIELD COUNTY.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
Road closed
SECTION 1. The Department of Highways and Public Transportation shall close and remove from the state highway system road #S13-340 in Chesterfield County.
Time effective
SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
