TO DIRECT THE DEPARTMENT OF HIGHWAYS AND PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION TO CLOSE AND REMOVE FROM THE STATE HIGHWAY SYSTEM A CERTAIN PORTION OF WEST JAMES STREET IN THE CITY OF MULLINS, SOUTH CAROLINA.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
SECTION 1. The Department of Highways and Public Transportation shall close and remove from the state highway system that portion of West James Street in the City of Mullins, South Carolina, running from its intersection with Cypress Street to its intersection with Broad Street.
SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
