TO DIRECT THE DEPARTMENT OF HIGHWAYS AND PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION TO CLOSE AND REMOVE FROM THE STATE HIGHWAY SYSTEM A CERTAIN PORTION OF WAYCROSS STREET IN THE CITY OF MARION, SOUTH CAROLINA.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
SECTION 1. The Department of Highways and Public Transportation shall close and remove from the state highway system that portion of Waycross Street in the City of Marion, South Carolina, running from Manning Street to the street of the former location of the railroad which also borders the property line of Heritage Sportswear.
SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
