TO REPEAL DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL SERVICES REGULATIONS 114-500 THROUGH 114-504, RELATING TO THE REGULATION OF PUBLIC AND PRIVATE DAY CARE CENTERS.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
SECTION 1. Regulations 114-500 through 114-504 are repealed.
SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
